Anyone that knows me knows that I live my life incessantly searching for ways to learn and improve myself (mentally, spiritually and emotionally). I employ a variety of tools and exercises to achieve this, but one of my favourite (and it’s super easy) ways is collect meaningful adages or proverbs that align with my morals and ethics (no, they are not the same thing…. Google it:).
