3 Short TED Talks That Will Shift Your View on How to Live a More Fulfilling Life

Development of myself (emotionally, spiritually and biologically) is very important to me. Time not spend working developing my craft and passion, is spent deep in meditation and self-reflection. It’s an on-going process; I never cease the process – even when engaging with the world around me.

Living more, becoming mature and wise through experience and life’s lessons, I’ve come to the realization that it we all are going through life differently and no one can truly pass a legitimate comment on someone else’s life. We can only guess and make educated assumptions, especially when an individual is unable to engage in the deep self-reflection required for such growth.

However, there are tools and ‘life hacks’ that can assist anyone in their journey. One of my favorite are enjoying TED talks, which are talks from experts in their field, basing their conclusions on scientific findings and observations.
